Meet Me in Our Other Living Room for Clover’s Multi-Author Event on March 15

Dear Writers,

Whatever town you’re in probably has that place that’s so much like your other living room you are occasionally tempted to show up in jammies and slippers to hang out. It’s that place you go to meet up with friends, polish a story you’re writing, or if you’re in Bellingham, Washington, then to also gather in the Readings Gallery for the latest Literature Live event.

Of course I’m talking about Village Books, and we won’t be wearing jammies, but on March 15, at 4 p.m., a gang of writers will descend on our favorite bookstore to share their work from the latest issue of Clover,  A Literary Rag, published by the Independent Writers’ Studio. I’m totally honored to be part of this lineup of authors in the “living room”!

  • Read more from me at the Dogpatch about Clover editor Mary Gillilan.
  • Read a blog post by Village Books Events Coordinator Sam Kass about the Literature Live series.
  • Meet me back in the “living room” for the next Open Mic Night on Monday, March 30.

XO Laurel Leigh

P.S.: The gorgeous events poster was designed by Clover Editor Mary Gillilan and printed by Threshold Documents, the printer of Clover, A Literary Rag.
